In this video, Sara briefly reviews three main topics:
1. 2022 major economic and global events that impacted small businesses in Ontario.
She elaborates on how interest rates started low still allowing individuals and businesses spend money and not worry too much about future as much as they should have been. Then talks about how many of our clients benefited from funds provided to them to manage their cash flow .
2. A brief projection of 2023 based on year-end markets and investment behaviors. She does mention that Torofi does not expect 2023 be easy for majority of small businesses and warns clients to gear up for a big war with the touch economy.
3. Do’s and Dont’s of 2023. She brings up a few point that could be generally applied to different businesses such as restaurants, service based businesses, contractors and individual professionals. she encourages everyone to adopt technology for their lead generation, client relation and cash flow management.
